Clear, I think, from the above what he wants from the team atm, almost every question (when it finally arrives*), he takes it back to commitment.

*Andy Giddings - passes his questions across the back four into midfield back to the back four etc etc etc till, when you least expect it, they arrive in the box - or on the radio in this case.

Exactly but it is still clear when reading between the lines that he does not want some of these players. As he keeps referring to "this squad of players" and doing "What we can".

I think Adkins has a clear idea of what he wants, who he wants and how he ideally wants to play. He knows that can't be done with some of this squad and its now a case what can he do in January to change it.
