I wonder if anyone will try setting up kit manufacturing companies to get around FFP. You could set one up and pay your team whatever you wanted really.

You have to pay a market value or you’re right, everyone wouldI wonder if anyone will try setting up kit manufacturing companies to get around FFP. You could set one up and pay your team whatever you wanted really.
Don't think so. I always associate Bukta with 80s pigs.Did we ever have a shirt made by Bukta?

...and I'd go for Hummel next, the quality they're churning out.
If we're moving away from Adidas then I'd like to see Hummel or New Balance.
Chairman Francis Vrancken: 'This is the result of an excellent collaboration with United World. United World is the umbrella company that supports Beerschot, Sheffield United and Al Hilal United Emirates in the field of sponsorship and marketing. This increase in scale offers enormous possibilities, without losing our individuality. Together we are convinced that Beerschot is strong enough to have its own brand and to produce its own shirts. Our players and supporters will wear this with even more pride! '
How very Sheffield Wednesday.I'm expecting us to bring it in house
Beerschot are manufactured by "13", one of the Prince's companies.
OUR NUMBER. OUR BRAND. | Beerschot

My best rugby boots were Patrick by a mile.
When I played casual footie with the mates Sunday afternoon they'd say "yer not wearing them?" when I was breaking them in.
Five front studs which were longer than footie studs for scrumaging.

Whatever next?
United Taxis?
Why?Bringing production inside would be a huge huge mistake

Great set of kits. Actually made by AsicsOnly time I’ve ever seen “in house” done well was Roma a few years ago.
I don’t pretend to know the economics of it but I buy more shirts and training stuff with the Adidas brand because it’s better quality and I like it objectively, rather than buying for the sake of it like with the Macron stuff.
There is probably an element of keeping up with the Jones’s in the Premier League as well. Can’t rub shoulders with the elites whilst cutting about in gear you’ve made yourself.View attachment 91285
Why?
Why?
Because it's shit and screams tinpot.
Remember the time we had these shirts because we couldn't find a sponsor? We'd have been better just having plain fronts.
