I think these are all valid points mate, and I certainly don’t like the slagging off he gets but do think he’s taken us as far as he can.Chris Wilder has been an incredible breath of fresh air for this club since the first and second time he took over
In my opinion he's a better manager than he was a player and he was a bloody good right back, entrusted by Sir Harry himself.
Like us,he bleeds red and white.
Imagine how you'd feel tonight if you were the manager and you'd lost three winnable games on the trot.
At 82 mins or whatever today when he made substitutions you'd expect the players he brought on to be professional enough to see the game out.
The amount of shots and possession we had against Millwall you'd expect us to win.
The manager sends the team out with a plan,if they can't carry it out its not always on the manager no matter how good you are at FIFA or whatever and think it's his fault.
I'm probably not the only one feeling his pain tonight.
If you saw Longhorn, Guthrie,Ludlam who were all on a par with Hammond you'd appreciate the work and love Wilder has put into the club.
My name isn't Wit and i'm not a happy clapper.
I am sad,but not distraught like the entitled few that we're not going up automatically. Wilder has got us in the play offs which is more than I expected at the end of last season
After 53 years of watching the Blades this has been a bloody good season.
He’s been backed well and has some good players at his disposal. We should be better than we are. We have enough attacking players to attack and be creative, but we aren’t and we don’t. We have no Plan B and continue to persevere with players we shouldn’t. Each those things are on the manager, and IMO each of those reasons are we we’ve been consistently uninspiring… and ultimately why we are where we are
