Wycombe's young centre half. Played a full season last year in a team that made.the play off final and are right up there again. Hes massive and weighs in with a few goals. Have a look at him on tv tonight, still a bit green but potential to be a real monster of a centre half.

I was thoroughly impressed with him during Wycombe's Play Off games back in May. Only seen him play in two games but looks a good prospect and I think we'd pick him up cheap considering Wycombe are struggling financially (so I'm told) - would definitely be worth a punt based on my limited viewing of him.

Probably bullshit as per usual Twatter rumours but I thought I'd just stick it in..

Anyone heard of the guy? Is he any good?

I've seen him play twice and to be fair he was excellent in both games. I remember saying at the time we could do with someone LIKE him, maybe he's ready for the step up.

Does it seem much of a coincidence that we're apparently interested seen as though Collo is out (long term apparently) and young Wallace got suspended yesterday? Not much quality defensive options in the squad imo.

Could be a good signing you think?

Check my thread at top of page 2.where I suggested him. He's very strong, good in the air and scores goals. He's a bit green though and prone to the occasional howler. Given our position and resources he's as good as we will get in the 'young, hungry with potential' camp and I d sooner sign someone like I'm than a 30 yr old on the way down

If there is any mileage in this, i reckon Reading would be favourites if he lives locally to Wycombe. Plus it's a division higher.

He's another graduate from Brentfords academy. Played nearly all last season at centre back with Mawson who is now at Barnsley. He will definitely play at a higher level and we could be attractive to him as he's more likely to get a game.

However from our point of view we already have McGahey although Pierre is definitely quicker and he's a leftie so for me nothing to lose signing him

This would be the signing of the season so far in my eyes, great prospect and very athletic.

Adkins had dismissed the rumour and said he is working hard to bring in a midfielder. Maybe Basham back to centre half then?

Maybe the fact that he's out injured until Christmas may influence N.A's thinking too, never mind that he's just down the road from Reading and they're in a division above us!

A real non starter if ever I saw one
He's out injured until christmas? Must be a real blow to Wycombe, considering they don't know.

deleted. I mis-read the article.

I put it down to a combination of boredom and old age ;-)

Comments about Reading still stand though

No I completely agree. As much as our fans believe we can trump championship sides just on the size of our stadium alone, we can't.
We need a centre half though, that much is true.
