A season of nothingness!!!

Driving home from the Ricoh and amid the disappointment of (Billy Sharp aside for his effort) complete mediocrity today and a display that was full of ineptitude , I asked little beard what his highlights of a disappointing season were and between us we couldn't really think of any ! For a club our size and the league we find ourselves in , that's a disgrace ! Apart from Billy who surely must win every trophy on offer , nobody comes out of this season with any credit whatsoever and include the coaches and management in that . We as fans who turn out in numbers week in week out surely deserve something more than a full season of absolute nothingness. We have shown no sign of improvement over the whole season , and whereas at Gillingham both beards came out a bit shocked but expected it to be a blip, we have come out of virtually every ground this season with that same shitty feeling time and again ! I am not one who advocates sacking manager after manager and I think that is one of the reasons why we are in this good awful position , but those singing you're taking the piss, you're taking the piss , Nigel Adkins you're taking the piss , have a valid point and as I stand at the minute I wouldn't be too bothered if he quit ! Maybe on later reflection I might change my mind but I want a team who plays with passion , a team gutted when they lose , a team who walks off having given their all , win lose or draw , I don't expect us to win every week , I don't expect us to be promoted , I don't expect us to win cups , I just want my Sheffield United back , and from what I have seen its only Billy who's hurting out on that pitch .
Anyway moan over and well done to all the Blades who have turned up come what may , lets hope next Sunday the only ones who play are ones were are keeping and the youngsters because quite frankly the rest can just f**k off !
