I hope the fans are patient with him next season if we are still in The Championship, it will be year one of the rebuild, and a solid mid table finish next season would be more than acceptable…

…but you know some are going to expect a promotion challenge and will be calling for his head if we are not near the play offs come December.

I know some of you don't have a high opinion of him but I always find him a really knowledgeable and interesting speaker.

His massive failure's at Leeds, then Hibernian, plus he is not a naturally charismatic character does not help his cause.

If we don't go up then there is no point buying a season ticket then if we are already throwing in the towel.
Regardless what happens in Pre-Season if we don't go up, we should be still challenging for top six next season.
Even if we don't resign Sharp, Basham, McGoldrick and we sell Berge, we would still have a competitive squad, add a couple of Premiership loans to replace MGW, Davies.
Would Heckingbottom be able to deliver that I have my doubts.

It’s not chucking the towel in it’s giving the guy the chance to build a team from scratch with no money

Quoted without comment

On a completely unrelated note, some of our fans are morons.

Where you giving Slav the time to build his side, or where you calling for him to go ?
He also won't have to build a side from scratch, there will still be a fair percentage of this squad still here.
