Sure is, so why did everything look exactly the same yesterday despite all the summer planning and new players.

Writing everything off as a new season means we can probably disregard his first 18 months as well then.

Because it would be daft to disregard the new players and summer planning on the baissof one match. Which in truth, was not as bad a performance as the Forum Echo Chamber is painting it.

I don’t even want him out. I want him to see what’s wrong. He keeps doing the same thing and it’s not working anymore.

I shudder to think how many will start to turn on him if we don’t win either of the next two games. It’s coming.

It was the same performance as vs. Bristol City, Villa, Cardiff, Millwall last season. Struggling to penetrate, naive defensive, lacking energy late on. Same thing again and again. If you bring new players in and still the same thing happens you have to ask questions.

If suddenly everything is different at Middlesbrough and QPR then great. Happy to be proved wrong. Can’t see it.

We need to let the season get going before we judge, however the end of last season and yesterday is certainly a worry.

I’m sure Wilder will get it right, but expectations for this season shouldn’t be too high. A mid table finish should be seen as good considering the tools available to Wilder.

Last season we won the first and lost the second and third so while it's disappointing to not to have points on the board I'll only really be concerned if we don't win for a few on the bounce.

Maybe he'll change the formation like he did when we went up. Maybe he's persevering until some players join. Who knows.

I'll give him time, I don't mind losing the odd game, it's the way we lost yesterday that's the issue.

I don't want to piss on anyone's 'relegation form' cornflakes, but we achieved 38 points by the half way point last season.

During the remaining twenty three games, we won 31 points.

That's not relegation form.

But we haven't won a single point yet this season.

Midfield needs sorting out badly. Lunny Evans and Fleck does not work. Missing the creativity of Duffy (old Duffy) and Coutts.

Sadly because of the lack of midfield we resort to hoof ball now. Sad.
