Leeds were outstanding tonight, the question might be whether they can do put in that sort of performance for the next 11 games. They’ll be very tough to beat for anyone. Monday night just became a must win

Don't rule out Boro or WBA yet, still a lot of points to play for
WBA aren't ruled out yet, but they are certainly getting close to it .7 points adrift and only 11 games left. They need to hit some tremendous form for the rest of the season now.

Nobody is talking about Boro, their run in looks fairly comfortable and they have a game in hand.

Quite. It wouldn't be beyond Pulis to achieve promotion having failed to produce a single decent performance all season. He's done it before.

All anyone hears about Boro is about how awful they are, and yet they're still hanging around like a bad smell and have very few defeats.

I think WBA may sack Moore. If they do and get someone decent in could easily go on a run. I think one of the teams in and around the playoffs will have a run as well. Forest, maybe.

An excellent night for Leeds, no doubt, but that doesn't change the fact that for the past 2 months, they've been a wildly inconsistent team and have lost as many as they've won. With some of the tricky games that they have in their remaining 11 fixtures, I expect them to drop plenty more points.

Forest are a good shout, I think Birmingham could sneak in to that last play off spot too. Preston also are in good form and look good too.

Two into one for me. Us and Norwich. Leeds are going up, no two ways about it in my mind.

We need to hold our nerve and hope theirs fails. I suspect we'll drop points this week whereas Norwich almost certainly won't. But we'll still be in the mix. What we can't do is let a potential derby defeat send us into a tailspin like what happened to Wednesday last season. For all the emphasis we put on it (and I'm as bad as anyone) there's 3 points on offer Monday night and another 30 after that.

Good night for us Blades tonight. WBA showed a total lack of desire. How good were Leeds tonight? Unsure, they were very effective against a team going through the motions.
Those who called out the manager as a weak link take a bow.
2 from 3 now

Really? Surely your basing that on tonight’s game alone. Over the last 6-8 games they’ve been distinctly average and have the hardest run in of all.
Plenty of football to be played yet. It will change weekly. We just need to be strong and keep playing like we know we can. One things for sure. As good as Leeds were tonight we won’t roll over and die like the baggies have done when we go to Elland Rd

I bet there aren't many West brom fans thinking automatic is still on, after we beat them last week they were saying it so after that performance tonight they will be hoping to still be in the play offs.

Been distinctly average, yet tonight they sit top (albeit with a game more played). That's a good sign for Leeds, not a bad one.

Not doubting that but at the turn of the year they were in a far healthier position. Yes they sit top but to say they are going up ‘no two ways about it’ is a bit premature?
All about opinions :)

I don't claim infallibility, I could well be wrong!

But if I were a gambling man I'd lump on Leeds going up.
