SorryCheers thread ruined.![]()
Wednesday will stay up.
McBurnie will have more bookings than goals.
I fully expect Sunderland to stay up. They're making some very good signings.
Adingra and Xhaka are very good signings for a newly promoted club.
This is looking like an insanely good prediction!Only one out of the three relegated clubs will be promoted at the first time of asking.
As a bonus I’m also going for only one of the clubs promoted to the premier league last year to come straight back down.
Preston will not be in this division after this season. (Finally)
No chance Pigs stay up….they need 56pts from 34 games to get to 50 pts. Thats 1.65 pts per game = play off form. Or 19 wins from 34 games. Even my optimistic extended Pig family are expecting League 1 next season ( However they are already telling me they will win it with 100 pts plus)Surprised at the amount of "pigs will stay up" posts
Relegation would be absolutely appalling either way I am afraid. With Pigs all but confirmed in League 1 next season, the prospect of relegation doesn't seem as bad now. Stay up and there's a gap, go down and we'll beat them to the title.
Then under new ownership and even higher than normal levels of optimism among their moronic fan base, us on the back of throwing away 2 season’s worth of parachute payments and on a massive cost cutting mission with AI signings from Bulgaria making up the majority of the squad. With Pigs all but confirmed in League 1 next season, the prospect of relegation doesn't seem as bad now. Stay up and there's a gap, go down and we'll beat them to the title.
Like they failed to do in any of their 3 separate stints down there. No chance Pigs stay up….they need 56pts from 34 games to get to 50 pts. Thats 1.65 pts per game = play off form. Chuck them in here. Your predictions that will be deemed unpopular but you believe will happen.
I'll start with these ...
- Hull will finish Top 6
- Brewster will score 10+ league goals

They are not conceding much as we had expected because they are playing "damage limitation" tactics.I don't know whether this is an unpopular opinion or not, but Wednesday should have got a hell of a lot more points than they have.
They very rarely get thrashed. It's usually one or two goal defeats. They've got a number of draws. A team like that should win 4 or 5 games minimum.
That Doncaster team with the current low points from a 46 game season (20 in 1997-8) had no resources at all, and yet managed to win 4 matches. Hell, we won 3 PL games 2 seasons ago and seven in 2021 when we only scored 20 goals.
I'm not saying they should stay up or anything, but that squad should not be this bad in results terms.
I suppose I'm saying Pedersen has done a lousy job.
I would also add that I am not sorry about this at all!
Yes, they are sitting deep, but you should be able to fluke a win here and there. They are not conceding much as we had expected because they are playing "damage limitation" tactics.
I'd agree with all this - its a good job that they are starting next season with basically no players - because the ones that have turned out this year have show about as much backbone as a jellyfish.I don't know whether this is an unpopular opinion or not, but Wednesday should have got a hell of a lot more points than they have.

Even in the PL with a massively underpowered squad we got to 16 points.I don't know whether this is an unpopular opinion or not, but Wednesday should have got a hell of a lot more points than they have.
