What’s going off in Silent’s kitchen and why are you watching?

Silent (and his dad) are holding court with `Ghosts of Utd`s Past` - usually on a Friday afternoon, in Dronfield , early to mid 70`s .

I`m watching through my minds eye as i am transported back to the days of long bushy sideburns, the smell of Vic , Sports Biscuits and Camp Coffee, fags and Long Life beer, tinned salmon sandwiches , 100 mile an hour boiled ham, crispy pancakes and Golden Wonder crisps .

My consumer reviews go far and wide beyond curtains?

I consider the sacrifices and risk to my health (1.5 stone weight gain) in a deep dive into the pros and cons of pork pies to be one of the timeless and most informative posts ever created on this forum. It’s still and will remain ongoing as long as challengers to the current ‘B56 pork pie of the year’ are suggested. And don’t get me going on vanilla slices, The Fox spilled that little gem out into our golf tournament the nearly resulted in a old man wrestling contest outside Beauchief club house when the subtle differences between puff and flakey pastry were discussed.

And what about decking, diy, ladder diving, mri versus CT and X-ray imaging, my cats bum etc. I refuse to be hung by my own petard of my love of haberdashery!

As for a few award suggestions…….
