Apparently anyone know for definite yet

It's from SYP so I've heard anyway
In fairness this has been common knowledge for a while. Their chairman wants piggies in the lower tier and thus is similar to what Newcastle were given last season. The capacity st the Sty is currently just over 33k

We will give that about the same when they come to BDTBL.

The capacity at the Sty is currently just over 33k.

The capacity at Hillsboro isnt 33K, they have an ever changing capacity dependant on the whims of the Safety Comittee.

Last season for the New Year's Day match against Wolves they had a £10 ticket deal on.
The game was officially SOLD OUT a week before the match.

The official attendance for the sell out was 30,549.

Sunderland sold all their 2,714 tickets for last nights match, so it seems like at BL the saftey Committe make it up as they go along and give away fans random amounts, no consistency at all.

Was considering it and trying to get some LP but no chance with what they are wanting to charge. I'd like to tick it off as a ground so I don't have to go again and was going to use the derby but not paying £42 as a student. They can suck on a fat one. Going to watch our U23s there instead at the start of November so at least it will probably be a fiver instead.

I think any Blades who can see the rust bucket from their back garden should get an automatic ticket.

I would suggest they phone the Good Samaritans. They're very good at dealing with traumatised people.

40000 points absolute minimum would be my guess.

Very unfair on little Brandica and Joeyessex, twins born last week who can't now go with their Dad who bought his first ever season ticket in June.

Sort it McCabe. Grrr.

Been expected for a while this kind of figure. As others say, we'll probably give them similar.

It's all about what they charge for me. If it's under £40 I'll probably end up going.

Whilst we're on this topic of sorts, does anyone know if there's any truth in the Boro press reports quoting their copper as saying we smashed up the away end concourse?

Not aware myself but if true that sort of thing isn't going to help our cause when it comes to allocation and segregation issues, not to mention serving pop in the ground (which won't affect those like myself I aporeciate).

I understand that its not at the whim of the SAG - sounds like you've been listening to pig fans! The Sty and particularly the away end, is seen as outdated safety wise, I believe concourse size, the design of the bottle neck as you leave the ground etc.

As for the ticket allocation, I remember the Wendies whining when we only gave them one tier several years back and I wonder if they'll chastise their own chairman for doing the same? Will they fairy cake!

Any idea when they will be on sale? i've got enough loyalty points to purchase at the 10,000 points allocation, but i'm not holding my breath that their will be any life then

I agree that the restriction is justified and not at a whim.
I was talking about the ever changing amount of restriction.
The away fans seem to get different allocations per match which seems to be what's happening at BL.
