Having measured pit-to-pit of some of my other footy shirts for comparison - all Large and measuring between 62 and 65cm - according to your size chart, I'd need to order an XXXXL..!!! Shurely shome mishtake? No?

Erm, they’re big Large’s at 62cm! Not sure what exactly you’re measuring but you need to lay it flat and measure it across the width of the body/torso.
 
With the disappointment of the new home kit, this quality kit has come at a perfect time. The added incentive that this would have been the kit the team wore the year I was born seals it – take my money!

Can't wait to get mine, currently sat in the 86/87 away shirt which is proper, quality clobber.
 



Got mine today, the shirt itself is pretty decent, it's just a shame I'll never be able to wear it as the badge isn't even close to being straight. £50 down the drain :(

You’d have grounds surely for a refund at the very least. I know their Ts & Cs are pretty clear that they don’t do them because it’s bespoke produced to order, but there has to be some reasonable quality control here. Mine looks great!
 
Mine arrived today too. When I saw your post I panicked and did a quick check. Mine is fine thankfully.
I'd contact them and ask for a refund as that's not how it should be and can see why you're so disappointed.

No refunds for a bespoke product. I'm currently using that in response to a chargeback we've received at work as it's in our terms & conditions, so I can't really claim it myself whilst also trying to use it to prevent someone from getting a refund!

As bromtom has pointed out, it’s in their interests to sort it out, and by the sounds of it they’d be able to do that simply by taking it up with the manufacturer they’ve used. A reputation for wonky shirts isn’t a good thing to have when you rely on a lot of word-of-mouth. Their refunds policy will be to guard them against people taking the piss – this is different, and there is no question that you haven’t been delivered what you paid for.
 
As said, the shirt has a defect and bespoke or not, that needs to be rectified, which I'm sure it will be.
May ask what size you ordered, as it may be an issue with similar shirts.

I've got the Duffy badge off them which is awesome, but seeing that, puts me off ordering a shirt from them. Thanks for the heads-up, and I hope you get a refund/replacement.
