Reid could then be banned, he's been charged with violent conduct for his part in the brawl at Norwich. Saw the highlights and it didn't look good for him.

He has until 31st to respond so should be ok for Burnley, but perhaps out after that.

Kozzy is not the best but I'd rather him get a shout on this game, Calve has looked to struggle recently, but I can't remember too much of Burnleys right winger, if he's fast I'd switch it to Lowton on the left with Calve coming in on the right, we have to go with Nos but I rather wish we had better options, I'd like to see if Parrino had what it takes to make it in this division but don't think we'll play him. Love to see Willo back in the side but if he still isn't fit enough then we have no option but to shove Reid in centre and play Ward on wing, reason I haven't got Ward up front is I don't think he's back to full fitness, he was very quiet in Hull game, though he was fast he looked very rusty too, needs a few more games in the reserves. I'd also give Wright another shot.

One hell of a tough start for the new manager, playing away with key starting players missing, and then Donny. Think we are in for a bit of a going over before we can get back on track.

Given all the players that are out and the short time Adams will have had with them I'm not really going to be reading too much into the result or the performance. Saying that, if we win then clearly he's a tactical genius and the good times are back.

I'm wondering if our best option today is to go for all out attack looking at the players who are missing. The ones we do have available are the more attacking players - Ward, Cressy, Boggy, Chedwyn, Yeates - They could all start or at least 4 of them. Maybe the enforced selection today could start the Blades steamroller up the league!

It's most certainly due to a lack of options, but Adams' first line up is the most attacking and positive in years!
