Is this still a thing Foxy ? Do you still get a fee off them? When I click that link it takes me to a page that seems to be about AV - "Avoid scams with NordVPN’s next-gen antivirus" but I'm only (potentially) after VPN. If that is for VPN Ā£2.59 a month looks good!

I know this is an old thread but also some posts saying SUTV via Nordvpn doesn't work any more?

edit: just went into it and the £2.59 is indeed for basic VPN

getting "Coupon code is invalid" (66off) so guess that answers my first question as well.

I was watching away games on SUTV via NordVPN with no problems last season. Obviously don't know yet whether anything has changed since the end of last season.

As another side benefit of VPN, if you watch YouTube with your location set as Albania, there are no ads interrupting it.
The content is the same, all in English etc.

thanks.
What country were you in when you actually bought your match passes or does it not matter?

thanks.

I was physically in the UK, but I set NordVPN to make it appear that I was in various countries. It's impossible to buy the match pass from SUTV if it thinks you're in the UK.

For each game the SUFC website provides a list of 'unsold countries', which varies match-by-match. It doesn't seem to matter which of the ones on the list you choose - I used lots of different ones over the season. NordVPN seems to have almost every country listed, so if one didn't work for any reason (I don't recall that ever happening, though) you would always be able to try another.

Great, thanks again. Did you go for the full season pass? I'm thinking of just getting a match pass to try it out first. First step get nordvpn ...

Up to you. It wouldn't be a bad idea to try it out with a match pass first.
I tended to go for monthly passes (from memory £25 ish?) just for those months where there were a few away games and I knew I'd be free to watch them. Depending on how the fixtures fall, some months have several away games and some hardly any. So I didn't bother getting a pass every month and missed some games as a result. But I saw enough for me, given that I was at all the home games anyway.

yeah that's what I plan to do. Think club sends an email out around this time of year about packages available, not seen that yet. Last year it was "£180 per season, £25 per month or £10 per match"

Also been wondering when details of subscriptions will be sent.
