Great opening 25 mins best of season some fantastic movement to create loads of chances. Brayfords goal was a beauty of a volley, although we were aided by the Impossible Oldham having a worst defence than us

Thought 2nd half we'd lost abit that spark that had blew Oldham away 1st half but then really for 1st time in a while were comfortable enough to not have to be 100%. But If i had 1 negative shame took til march 35 games gone, where any realistic playoff hopes are finished & it basically dead rubbers in my opinion but Ive mentioned before that we are inconsistent Jekell & hyde team can be great 1 game & terrible next
Loved it today, great stuff, very assured performance, more of the same please :)

a good day, only marred slightly by the fact some scrotes had nicked some cabling near Meadowhall which screwed up the trains from Leeds. Been going in the Westfield corner last few games and quite like it (great view) but it's a bit annoying there when the away fans are getting a bit noisy - so it was good today that they got summat to quiet them down for most of the game.

Spot on. Getting a bit annoying now as he has been given quite a few opportunities. Needs a kick up the backside. Half hearted and going through the motions isn't acceptable no matter how young and inexperienced you are

Yep, only seen a bit of him and really can't see him progressing without major work... Isn't Brian Deane supposed to be doing some work down there? get him to show him what it means about using height power and strength.

To be fair Bassett was always on at Deane for not using his. Deane was very gifted with his feet but Bassett used to suggest he should use his height more like John Fashsnu.

brayford had a good game as well scores a cracker and sets up the 3rd goal 3-5-2 seems to suit him a lot better

5-3-2 when defending, 3-5-2 when attacking.

Worked very well today and I'm sure Messrs Done and Brayford will feel they have found their roles in a formation that uses their respective strengths.

We sometimes go in the Westfield, great view but no atmosphere whatsoever. Be much better if a few more went in.

Very pleasing yesterday. I was impressed with everyone mentioned above - Done, Flynn, Hammond etc.

Particular additional shoutouts to Brayford - who really had his mojo back yesterday (perhaps Collins used to bully him and nick his peg?) and to Baptiste who I was unsure about ,after that brief debut, but overall was excellent yesterday. Also thought Adams tried quite a few cheeky little through balls to Sharpy, which were unlucky not to come off and looked generally more up for it.

There was a concerning period in the second half where we surrendered territory & possession again and almost begged them to score - but hey you can't solve all your problems at once.

Most of all for me, the best thing was that they had a clear intention to pass the ball more quickly and forwards not slowly sideways and backwards.

Oh what might have been if we played like this all season!

Happy with the win, but

1. Oldham are dreadful
2. One swallow doesn't make a summer
3. We have no consistency and I doubt we'll even string two wins together from now until the end of the season never mind the 5 we'll probably need to threaten the top 6

1. Yes they were, but we've lost to awful teams this season so it was nice to comfortably beat someone
2. Quite right
3. No one has suggested we have or we will

agree, it's quite quiet but it's a bit cheaper and has a better view than the south stand which isn't much better on atmosphere to me - the kop is obviously best for that but have struggled to get seats with a great view (though there looked to be some big gaps on there yesterday).

Not only no Collins, but also no Basham. A very poor midfielder and not much better at centre back. He's been at fault for a number of goals recently imo.
