Whoever we get needs to cast their net a bit wider to find the missing pieces of the jigsaw. We have the nucleus of a promotion winning side and some promising youngsters. All we need is someone who can blend it all together, decide on his best side and stick to it (injuries permitting) and motivate them to put the fear of God into the opposition.

Bob Bradley in there at 100/1. The Yank, Adkins or Robinson would fit the bill for me. Jokanovic would be great too, of course, but he's hot property at the moment and we've got no chance. I wouldn't be opposed to Mackay. Anyone else would be a big gamble for me including Parkinson and Warburton.
