Done some calculations (through boredom) and figured out that we would be 11 points worse off if it wasn't for Sharp. That would put us 17th/18th with Donny and Chesterfield. It doesn't include any assists either but I couldn't be bothered figuring that out.

Sharp is carrying us this season and it could be very different for Adkins if Sharp was not here.

Yes but McNulty would have played and scored 32 goals so we would be in the top 2. Get with the plan.

If they can we can , and a surprise performance and result at the lane tommorow carrying on from the first half at Rochadale . Law of averages say we have to hit the back of the net . Be nice against Burton . 3 points , good performance , and if I was a player I would go all out to say fuck you , we can do it .( contract or no contract )

For some reason no doubt lack of cash we have not dealt with long standing issues 20,000 of us know about , and will no doubt pay the consequences - another unesssary season in league 1.

Billy has always been a "fox in the box" type of striker, being in the right place at the right was always his game. Unfortunately he's getting tarred with the same brush as the other 10 malfunctioning bunch of tossers. He often has to fetch the ball out of midfield to create his own chances. Nobody else in the team seems to be on the same wavelength. Adams is quick of foot

Billy hasn't been great this season, but his passion's been indispensible. And get him on a scoring run & he just keeps going.

Reckon if the Billy/Che partnership is kept together between now & the end of the season, they'll both thrive. There's the seeds of a very decent (proper footballing) partnership there.

If only Blackwell had seen that. He has always done that. It is funny when people say I wish we has a fast winger, Sharp as we know is not super quick but the number of crosses he puts in is unbelievable if only we had Billy Sharp in the box at the same time.

Similarly, if we still had Murphy providing the ammo, we would probably be in the top six and Sharp would probably be hitting the 20 goal mark about now.

I just wish one of them could win a bloody header! With Che’s frame, I’m hoping he will improve that aspect of his game.

If we had sold Che instead of Murphy.

No doubt many would be saying its so obvious Murphy hadn't the physical attributes to handle league 1 and even we had kept Adams we would be at least 10 points better off.

However we always sell our best talent. So when Che Adams is playing for England and scoring in the Championd League McCabe will again prove he sells our talent too cheaply.
