I find Collins does add to the match day experience simply for comedy value.

I'm starting to come round to this way of thinking, myself. In the last few games there have been more Keystone Kops football moments (falling on arses, tripping over balls, hilarious howlers and sundry other slapstick) by Utd players than I can remember for ages.

Collins has been an important part of the (cough) entertainment. He is not fit to clean the boots of the mighty Porter in the comedy stakes, though. Another Utd law of diminishing returns.

That's an interesting lineup and formation.

For me the 5-3-2 is the perfect formation for doing one of two things controlling the game, or soaking up pressure and counter attacking at speed. Well with the players at our disposal we certainly won't be doing the former, so counter attacking it is. Today I expect us to sit deep, soak up pressure than ATTACK at blistering speed provided through our powerful, pacey athletes in.. errr, errr?

I will be amazed if Sharp plays. He is fit but his son has just been taken into hospital overnight. Don't be surprised if there is a late change to the forward line up as Sharp was still at the hospital a couple of hours ago. More importantly I hope his son is ok .

I don't know what to make with these posts, but its not enough to jeopardise the match.
If it was then why would a football club play "consistent teams" week in a week out. Wouldn't it just end up with bad results and no one would ever recommend it.
So no I'm not buying into the idea that leaking the team sheet can have a big enough impact.

I'm a bit annoyed that DCL just disappears after one game after appearing without even featuring on the bench. Odd way to do things and we've done it with kids (unsuccessfully) for years.
