I liked the chant, strangely for me - as I'm usually one of the most positive supporters. I never boo, never really get on player's backs, and I always delusionally (is that a word?) think that we can still win a game - even if we're 3-1 down at HT...

I felt like it was needed in order to give the players a wake up call. To separate the ones who want to give it a go and the ones who don't. Admittedly I still struggled to pick out the players who truly cared.

We seem to be the Newcastle United of League 1 at the moment. This is backed up by them singing the exact same song at the end of their most recent home loss to Leicester:

Just wondering what people's general opinions were on this chant. Obviously it's not a nice thing to have to resort to, but it felt like a bit of a release of the fan's frustrations.

a guy who rang RS tonight (Phil?) seemed to think the words were "you're not fair to lift the shirt" - PMSL :-)

I joined in quite wholeheartedly and like you, I'm reticent to boo and try to back the players during a game but that was breaking point. They were absolutely taking the piss out of us and needed to be told in no uncertain terms

I wasn't there but I was thinking it, and to be honest have thought it quite a lot in the last 4 years
