A million times eh Pete, OK, I'll say this just the once - we are favourites to go up because we have the best squad and probably the best manager - I say "probably" because there are a couple of promising newcomers who have great quality. When things are said a "million times" it doesn't make them true and in any case a couple of "wise heads", including you, have stated the "fact" just a few times in truth
Anyway, we are well in touch with the auto spots after 12 games and we have Brayford to return plus Harris, plus Kennedy, plus Coutts, plus J.Wallace and Done is gradually getting fitter and has two goals already. Sharp has bags of goals in him as does Adams and our bench is getting stronger and stronger.
We have these fans on here who could not do fan morale much more harm if they were Wendys. If I were a Wendy who wished to damage Blades fans' morale I would write some of the OP's and posts I see on here. This OP is crude and pointless unless it's intended to create disharmony.
Oldham away is not a bad point, whatever anybody may have led themselves to expect and yes we could have won. However no team in any dividion can guarantee 3 points. On Saturday Burton got stuffed 4-0 in a game they were favourites to win. Walsall lost at home to Chesterfield. They were top 2, so we gained a point on both.
Folk say this is an easy division to win this season. That may well be true to a degree, but it does not mean there are any easy points, far from it. Any team can beat another, home or away, but it all pans out by the end of the season.
In the meantime certain fans seem intent on stirring up anti Board and anti-manager resentment and it does not help at all - that's what Wendys want.
