Before i start this thread, this isn't a "wish we had Clough back" thread, its a discussion based upon the last two years to the present day. D
Do you think we made the correct decision in getting rid of Nigel number one and replacing him with Nigel number two? The reason i ask is because at times this season i feel some of the games we've lost Clough would have got us a resultt all be it a grinded out one with boring football, but then on the flip side i've seen some games we've won this season that i think Clough wouldn't have got any points at all or would have certainly struggled in.
On the basis of it, we've had Nigel Clough who deployed a more defensive sitting back counter attacking team, ultimately fail, or not so much fail, but not really improved our league position.
Then we've had the attacking pass and move style that Adkins brings, which again hasn't really improved our league position (although its early yet.)
We'll still get into the top 6 that is without doubt.
