Its the Blades way ...............
For an undisclosed feeIt's ok. The replacement for the 3rd machine is already at the club.
McCabe has always been good at infrastructure, New Roofs, Hotel, Cladding, and Statues ..........................I think the money spent on the pitch and surround gives you an insight into the blades mindset.
why the Mccabe bating without his money we would have been in admin at least once he has made a lot of mistakes with his selection of managers but he as a least stayed with it and hopefully phipps and he have got it right this timeMcCabe has always been good at infrastructure, New Roofs, Hotel, Cladding, and Statues ..........................
I think they're just brand new 3G pitches. What exactly have they done to the pitches at Shirecliffe?
I'll bet the reception is still crapI think they're just brand new 3G pitches.
Don't worry GB they get thousands of helpers in to paint the individual fibres green this week and it looks much better after that!Is it just me but I'm disappointed with the pitch, looks real patchy.
Still see where the vehicles ran on the pitch.
Did some work at WBA a few years ago and watched their new pitch grow and start to get mowed, looked much better than this.
It looks patchy, but they are leaving it longer in places, this is because they have studied graphs of Higdons `running`, during last season, and have scientifically calculated the areas he will trample flat. By Christmas it will be like a bowling green. Is it just me but I'm disappointed with the pitch, looks real patchy.
Still see where the vehicles ran on the pitch.

Relax Grumpster - there's 4 weeks to go yet! And if you look at areas of the pitch pre and post fibre injection, it definitely looks worse afterwards, but after another couple of weeks or so of growth, watering and cutting it will start to look pretty immaculate. Is it just me but I'm disappointed with the pitch, looks real patchy.

That area will always be a problem as it never gets direct sunlit the artificial light will help enormously but extra care will always be a must in that corner.Slightly worrying that in the middle of July they have to have the artificial sun machine on in the left hand corner between South stand and Bramall Lane. That corner of the pitch has been a problem ever since they filled the a corner in.
Just managed to catch this weeks episode. What a let down that cherry picker was. Just when I though Jess was going to be a goner, they simply changed the PA system. I'm sure Bert will be well pleased about that.
Wonder if Adko will be making the pitch wider or even reducing the width?
That makes you a 24 carat bore Bertrand mi owd son.![]()
