Bloody hell, with the pound so strong against the euro that's a bargain. I thought they were a lot more than that. But I suppose a year ago they were in sterling to euro terms. My daughter and son in law have just bought a house with a pool for less than €225,000 in Villa Martin. No wonder property is selling at the moment.

theres a sunrise beach bar that does Warsteiner , with shards of ice in it thats spectacular
