A small team coming in to work with the existing staff at Bramall Lane, organic changes etc - my take on that is the manager's total autonomy of the Clough era has gone. Good signs for a robust organisational model. Means a new Chief Scout will have to be appointed and, hopefully, an improved and modern scouting operation. Jim's been a busy boy and I don't think he is finished yet.

No, he said they've been watching a lot of football over the last 5 month, he must've watched the play offs tho

Oh thanks Ben I was referring to the press conference interview not the radio Sheffield one but I hope he has had an eye on things but I suppose it's not rocket science what we need .
