The most pathetic example of managerial timidness I've ever seen

The more of these I post, the closer we get....

Why would you need more than 5 minutes when you need to score 2 goals? Baffling manager. dreadful.

It's only a game isn't it?

I'm not hysterical whatsoever, I'm fed up of having such a pathetic manager.

Take away the cup games.

League form

Signings - not good enough
Tactics - not good enough
Performances - not good enough
Defending - not good enough
Attacking - not good enough
Substitutions - Always too late

We gave them the midfield on a plate. Coutts is beyond laughable. He's clearly a class player who has lost his legs since the injury. so so slow.
He refuses to play our best centre back
He sticks by the same formation when it clearly doesn't work most of the time
He's so negative and scared of losing. The players only began to play when the game looked beyond them. Then they played with freedom and did what they wanted.

Am I the only one who found the fight back more aggravating than inspiring?

Typical of United's season. When they go forward chasing a game they can look unstoppable. The problem is it never happens until they're already behind.

That first half has to be right up there with United's worst play off capitulations (how depressingly large is that category?) I will give them some credit for showing some fight at the end but where was it from the start?

Coutts was good tonight. We lost because Clough is too stubborn to play our only fit centre back so we're left with Alcock and McEveley who are beyond shit

The season long Centre Half debacle has been one of the most surreal things I've ever seen and it's cost us time and again.

Nail on head..players started to play like they can and wanted when the game was nearly up....they can play attacking football

Oh dear I must remember not to fold my arms in case I look timid :( what a load of bullshit. For god's sake grow up and stop acting like a kiddy having a tantrum. The defence looked like strangers because yet again we had to reshuffle them. Collins would have probably made that worse.
At least we had the heart to worry them in the end.
