So am i right in thinking your making generalisations on blades fans in general and not me then,because iv'e never once said something will happen instantaneously

I'm talking about Clough from the start of this season,this is the season that counts,.

My point is hes not got in exactly who he wanted , like brayford , and hes had some genuine knock backs on other targets , hes stated his frustrations, as he gets the flak or the adulation he needs to get the full compliment of players he had in mind , and theres some gaps still need filling ..
Im confident Clough will have targets in january , that will complete the jig saw

Great Post. I agree, especially about being in the Championship for a few years. The firm foundation is essential unless you are ok with the yo yo game that some clubs play. Derby are now benefiting from that firm foundation. The core has been together for years. Buxton, Keogh, Bryson, Hughes, Hendrick and Wardy. I expect them to go up this year and stay up next year.
For us, I believe that Reed, Wallace, Scougs, McGahey and Alcock will all benefit with a couple of years together and I expect one or two of our academy to come in and flourish in a year or two as Reed is now.

I truly believe, give NC time and the club will be on a great foundation for years to come.
