And your point is?
You know what the point is.
Just fuck off, everybody is fed up of you already.
It's boring.

Maybe start a stats thread? I believe there is one though. No anorak required. They weren’t random statistics at all, they were selected in direct response to a point someone else was trying to make.
I said a few posts ago that Friday night was the best we’ve played all season - so well done to the lads for that.
One game doesn’t change the fact that for me the concerns outweigh the positives of that result so far. I want the best for my club, I’ve been a season ticket holder for over 20 years and would never want to see us lose a game or be anything other than as successful as possible. It’s my opinion and I’m entitled to it just as you’re entitled to your own if you think everything is going great then that’s fine. We’re still allowed to discuss matters.
I dont give a monkeys forehead I'm ruining your Wilder pile on.You know what the point is.
Just fuck off, everybody is fed up of you already.

Spot on. The drains need a good clear out. There's plenty of defensive, biased and irrational takes on either side, but the balance on this forum is about ten to one in favour of the miserable, old, relentless lot spouting anti-Wilder nonsense.
Statistics say that 90% of Blades who GO TO THE MATCHE'S, are fully behind Chris. I rest my case your honour.
Whos Venn ? Ex England manager? And would 'Venn' indicate the reason why? One for the anoraks.Draw me the Venn diagram of people who think the football has been shit for the last two seasons and the people who have stopped going this season
The difference between that team and this is that when the old wilder team dominated a game, we created chance after chance, usually through overloading the wings, this team doesn’t create chances , even when well on top like on Friday.I don’t if this has been said, but the first half Friday night reminded me of us beating Villa at home when we went up, or playing Burnley off the park when we was in the premiershi first year.
Dominated that first half, not only do we know that, they know can do it, they do themselves if there was any doubts.
Remember it well . Said to lads sat behind us, this is going to be tough this one. Far from it. Probably John Flecks best game for us, he was imperious.I don’t if this has been said, but the first half Friday night reminded me of us beating Villa at home when we went up, or playing Burnley off the park when we was in the premiershi first year.

Yes. Should have been a wider margin. 1-0 doesn't reflect the chances we had. We restricted them to zero good chances.
Can't you at least admit we dominated a team that spent 32 million quid on players in the summer?
Says bigger blade than nobody.I can admit that. And have. But you fail to notice this is a thread about Wilder Out. The match Friday is nowhere near enough to warrant Wilder In.
This is a new team not one who has been together 3/4/5 years, and know each others game inside out like the one you refer to. I believe we can do something this season. The difference between that team and this is that when the old wilder team dominated a game, we created chance after chance, usually through overloading the wings, this team doesn’t create chances , even when well on top like on Friday.
And Friday was a good performance, but the wilder team of old would have strolled to
a 3-0

Different season, differents squad, different regulations, different gravy. Apples & Pears. The difference between that team and this is that when the old wilder team dominated a game, we created chance after chance, usually through overloading the wings, this team doesn’t create chances , even when well on top like on Friday.

Nothing about my posting history suggests I would blindly support Chris WilderDitto
Fan had a pop at him, Wilder agreed.[citation needed]
Based on how the Wilder chant fell flat on its arse during the Derby and Wrexham games at the back of the Kop I doubt it very much. Wilder was also gobbing off to one of the fans behind the dugout.
No it says you hate him. Your posts are pure deflection.Nothing about my posting history suggests I would blindly support Chris Wilder![]()
I don’t hate him, I just support Sheffield United and want the best for the club.No it says you hate him. Your posts are pure deflection.
You was there? Doubt it very much.[citation needed]

Doesnt look like that to me . Anyone defending our manager is a tw@t, no?I don’t hate him, I just support Sheffield United and want the best for the club.
That list of upcoming oppositionNovember
Tue 03/11 19:45 Cha Preston A
Sat 07/11 15:00 Cha Charlton A
Sat 21/11 15:00 Cha Watford H
This is the end of an 8 match run where United have been no worse than a 50/50 with the bookies and sizable favourites in 4.
Tue 24/11 19:45 Cha Southampton H
Sat 28/11 15:00 Cha QPR A
December
Fri 04/12 20:00 Cha West Ham H
Tue 08/12 19:45 Cha Millwall A
Sat 12/12 15:00 Cha Burnley H
Fri 18/12 20:00 Cha West Brom A
Sat 26/12 12:30 Cha Middlesbrough H
We'll know a lot more after these matches. Of that 2nd list, there's only Burnley at home where United will be favourites with the bookies and we've had a nightmare v Burnley recently.
Need points from the next 3 because the real tests start afterwards.
If the high earners are who you say they are ,Extremely happy with the points return so far. I expected us in a relegation scrap without the unexpected abortion of a summer on top of a 7 million pound reduction in wages and the need for 25 million in incoming transfers (per Bettis). The turn around in fitness and mentality is phenomenal (latter has been there all season, tbh, even with the unfit players running themselves into the ground in August/September). I doubt the quality at times, not the mentalityThe biggest sign of of my worries is non parachute Norwich taking our best player because we couldn't compete on wages; and no youth players signing new deals over the summer (hopefully resolved asap). Happy with the signings with the exception of Doherty and maybe Ayew. The latter I give a pass on anyway as the window was shut. BBD hasn't set the world alight but I feel he's useful and that he will improve as the season goes on like he did at Derby.
I feel it's totally unrealistic but I'm hoping for us to stay in play off contention until January. Then add two or three and who knows. Sheffield United are a walking paradox so a play off win would be on point and comedy gold given our history and the shit show we are off the pitch.
January: Still want a middle centre back for a three, a pacy striker and a winger.
Still very happy to offload the high earners. Mcguinness, Chong, Cannon, Tanganga (right money).
*The one player I exclude from the first paragraph is Campbell. Thankfully he's now showing a few signs of life.
Jury out on Arblaster still. Some good, some bad imo
No, obviously that's not the case. There's defending and then there's blindly defending.Doesnt look like that to me . Anyone defending our manager is a tw@t, no?
Yes it is. you've been brainwashed, you just cant see it.No, obviously that's not the case. There's defending and then there's blindly defending.
Says bigger blade than nobody.
You mean youre about 25 stones?I’m a Bigger Blade Than Thou.
Well, i don’t think it. It’s clearly demonstrated in the numbers.
If you don’t think the Derby game was reminiscent of the worst of Blackwell then Covid has left holes in your brain.
