What has Donovan done wrong?

He talks absolute shite each match day thread. Him and RandomBlade must be one of Wilders mates or Wednesdayite’s, deluded.

No doubt one or two of his mates leading the charge on here.

Plenty of others still support him but don't feel the need to challenge everything negative and act so obsessively.

I can see an argument for keeping it tight then letting a workaholic busy quick player come on to change things. It's not illogical. That said I just want more out of the other wide men. It they were doing more regardless of Donavon we would probably be in the play offs right now

He was on fire in the first half. In the second half, it appeared that instructions had been given for every attack to be down the right-hand side. I kept an eye on this and every goal kick etc was in fact down the right. My only guess is that their defence might have been weaker on that side. For me, therefore, he did not fade after a blistering start. Rather, due to instructions at half time , he wasn’t given any service.

Pace, trickery, creativity directness,puts opposition defence on back foot, decent work rate...has had more of an impact in the last two games than BBD or Chong have all season..starts every game fir me if fit.

So good to see a proper winger, take on defenders, knowing he has the beating of them, everytime he touches the ball.
It’s exciting to watch, contagious, and confidence building for the team, and what we hope for when we turn up.He’ll have his off days when things don’t work, but must be the first outfield player on the team sheet, every match from now on.
If his second half performance was as good as the first, it’d be up there with Gil Reece’s masterclass of wing play v Birmingham in our promotion season.Unplayable! One for the older Unitedites.
