Made a huge difference when he came on again.

Chong has been better than BBD for sureHe said that Chong is in as he played well Vs Lincoln.
I don't think fans are wanting Chong dropping. It's the other side.
I was getting increasingly frustrated after half time he didn't swap him on. Should have happend within 10 mins of 2nd half.
Diaz was very poor again. Donovan did more in 20 mins than Diaz has done in 200 minutes.
Has to start on Friday.
He’ll have pissed Wilder off because he didn’t just stand on the wing and wait for the ball. He actually moved around the pitch and looked for space.
Soon as Donovan came on the game changed.
The crowd changed..it's what people want to see.
Sometimes he is over enthusiastic and makes a mistake..so what? Nobody cares. If he hadn't come on it would have been another dull day and no doubt a booing at full-time as well as half time.
This lad needs to start.
It’s Wilder. You expect thinking?Donovan completely changed the game when he came on.
We nearly won a match that we had never been in.
If he was starting and playing up front with Bamford and we created a few chances and scored goals and actually played on the front foot.
I cant understand the thought process.
Ive heard that due to the phenomenal reputation that regular experts on here have for comprehensively judging a player
after only seeing them for 1 or 2 matches , Real Madrid scouts have been attending matches .
Having cottoned on to this Brentford have warned Wilder to only use sparingly whilst the R.M scouts are in attendance .
Not a lot as perYeah cos the last thing any football club wants is a big offer coming in from Real Madrid for one of their players.
The fuck are you on about?
Refreshing to read a sensible adult conversation. The views of Brentford fans about this:

Romelle Donovan (on loan to Sheffield United)
Yep it’s getting very confusing I have removed the posts that appear to be about Konak, but the confusion makes it difficult. Why would you post about Konak without even naming him, on Donovan's thread? :backtotopic:griffinpark.org

I'd like to think that there is something behind this. If not, then there is only Chris Wilder who seems to think Donovan isn't worthy of a start. The fact that BBD is picked ahead of him laughable. Donovan is probably the most naturally talented player I've seen in a sufc shirt since Ndiaye and Gibbs White. We should be getting the most out of them while they are here.Ive heard that due to the phenomenal reputation that regular experts on here have for comprehensively judging a player

If it was us…. We’d also recall him if it was our young player. What’s the point for Brentford if we’re holding back his development?.They are probably going to recall him at this rate.
I can absolutely see an argument in the new term "finisher" argument for a wide tricky player having more success against tired defenders coming off the bench.
However that works best when we have 2/3/4 wide players of that style causing issues. Maybe now we have more or less a full side to pick from that's the plan and perhaps it works out. It certainly helped us finish strongly on Saturday.
Maybe I am high on Donavon and when he plays 90s the clamour will fade but he's got something and works his arse off. The others have got to up their game to keep him out!
Whereas Diaz’s creativity and passing is way betterLet's not get carried away. Them going down to 10 gave him acres to play in. He showed good attacking intent and is better than BBD but he is wasteful in possession. Some of his passing is poor. Good ball in for the equaliser.
We’ve got it back to front. You want your tricky, attacking players on from the beginning to get you in front, and then see the game out with solid defensive players for the last 30 mins bI posted this before the game and still believe it to be true. Having one other wide player like him ( and a fit Serki) would transform us.
I can see an argument for keeping it tight then letting a workaholic busy quick player come on to change things. It's not illogical. That said I just want more out of the other wide men. It they were doing more regardless of Donavon we would probably be in the play offs right nowWe’ve got it back to front. I can see the thinking behind the idea that he’s going to be more effective late on against tired legs. But the rest of the team is so lack lustre we’d be in a situation where we’re throwing him on hoping he’ll rescue something like last week.I can see an argument for keeping it tight then letting a workaholic busy quick player come on to change things. I'm not sure we would - out of Wilder's sight, out of Wilder's mind. I'm not sure he's that fussed about our young players development. If it was us…. We’d also recall him if it was our young player. What’s the point for Brentford if we’re holding back his development?.
Wilder has a history of not handling young players well I’m afraid.
He's better than Diaz, I didn't suggest otherwise. To suggest he's the second coming is completely OTT. He made a difference when he came on and showed front foot intent. Based on his previous appearances he's wasteful with the ball, lightweight and extremely one footed. I hope he improves as he'll be a great asset moving forward. It says more about the absolute lack of creativity in the team that people are wanking themselves silly over a young and unproven loan signing than it does anything else.Whereas Diaz’s creativity and passing is way better
Keep reaching for those straws wilder shaggers![]()
