Shirecliffe this morning

[Blade In Flame]

"I wish I could score, a helluva lot more, but I can't."
"You can"
"I can't"
"You can"
"I can't"
"Yeah, you're right actually..."

[Upton_Blade]

It's Kevin Mccabe again then!?

On a serious note I'd flipping snap your hands off at that right now if it was. I know it won't be but the stability we had with Kevin McCabe would be ideal right now.

Eh??

The stability of 6 years in League One you mean?

[bertieblade]

Then trying to sell us to Burnley’s current owners who are £245m in debt. Fine plan

[Frank the tank]

Eh??

Yeah I dont see the difference to now
Mcabe never put any money in the Americans have but. Now cant or won't
Mcabe would sell everyone and get the wage bill down low enough for the gate receipts to cover it and that would be that

[Broomhall Blade]

The guy pictured in Spain? And Wit called him the saviour, got to be something happening because Wilder would have walked if there was no sign of better on the horizon

Why would Wilder walk ?
He's not going too get another job at Championship level or above.
He's also got a free hit in respect that he can just blame the situation, even if we got relegated the Badge slapping brigade would still back him.
If anything this situation has released the pressure on him. He would be an absolute fool to walk.

[DifferentClass]

I was sat on the bog at home in S12 and heard the same... although I hadn't yet took my meds.

[Kozzy_is_my_Dad]

This is all old news down Maggie May's.

[Grumpy Fat Sod]

Then trying to sell us to Burnley’s current owners who are £245m in debt. Fine plan

245m in debt but signing players like anel

[GodricBlade]

I popped into Screwfix this morning and overheard a bloke on the phone, telling someone about how he’s had shits for the past week and only just getting over it.

True story.

Didn’t know him, but I genuinely believed him and he spoke in some detail.

Well, it has been the worst shits I’ve ever had. Everything going through me like a Porsche, but starting to plop out some lumps again, thank goodness.
Coincidentally I went in for a toilet roll holder as I’d worn the other one out.
Anyway, bloke who served me told me he’d heard we’d got new investors coming on board but wouldn’t reveal his source. Maybe it’s Mr Screwfix?
YHIHF…..

Can’t believe I missed it… but it believe it.

[bertieblade]

So anel is going to recover their debt?

[HOT CURRIE 10]

Heard the same, sat in Sheffield train station this morning talking to a guy called Jerome Sinclair, itk.

[AdamSufc1997]

I heard same outside job centre smackhead told me

I mean he would walk away due to the pressure of the job like he did when we were going down from prem, unless he knew that there was something happening to make his job easier, I don’t think he’d walk away thinking he could get a better offer, he wouldn’t

[Sheffsteel]

All sounds a bit to orvellian to me

Brilliant…..made me laugh out loud….then I looked at your avatar and laughed out even louder…..needed that, thanks.

[Eza Blade]

Shirecliffe sniper has bugged the place

[Half Bond Jls]

No he wouldn’t

2am and the lights have come on in the night club, you see that bird you been chattin to for last hour and she’s fuckin honkin

But there’s no other gash around, last chance saloon - so you take her to chubby’s for chips an cheese to seal the deal as owts better than nowt.

A bad shag is better than a good wank?

[Bookers Mullet]

Heard something similar in Dempseys bogs earlier, definitely summat about two blokes and one taking charge and the other getting shafted

[Upton_Blade]

245m in debt but signing players like anel

Ah so that's OK then .

[Grumpy Fat Sod]

Ah so that's OK then .

Well whatever debt theyre in clearly they're doing better than our idiot owners...

[Sean Thornton]

I never even considered he might return, but I saw McCabe in BP earlier

Birds of Paradise?

[RecordBreakers]

Heard something along the same lines in Pulse & Cocktails earlier

Pulse & vogue??

[Sean Thornton]

Yeah I dont see the difference to now
Mcabe never put any money in the Americans have but. Now cant or won't

McCabe lost a lot more than the £35m that PA is scrabbling around for.

How are they going to survive with a debt of £245m.
The only way is to get back into the premier league, risking the club in the hope they can assett strip more of it.

You cannot keep spending money you have not got.

[Wright1889]

McCabe lost a lot more than the £35m that PA is scrabbling around for.

I bet McCabe is loving this.

“No one loves Karma more than me, Seth.”

[UddersBlade]

Absolutely he actually spent a lot of his personal wealth on this club & without that we would not have had the success with our Academy we have had.

[knowsnowt]

I heard similar in the clap clinic earlier.
And NO, I don't have clap. I was there with my mum.

[Pedro Verde]

The one thing McCabe got right was the pricing structure
It was cheap and encouraged young fans to go to BDTBL

[bertieblade]

One if his biggest faults was the fact he did not have a long term plan, selling players on a whim to raise immediate funds

[Sean Thornton]

My Grandad has never forgiven himself.
