Really, really wish people would stop using Didzy as the "see, injury prone players can come good" yard stick. Especially as a Souttar comparison.
McGoldrick was already an established Championship pro with hundreds of appearances under his belt. Despite famously having a lot of niggly injuries, he was still managing 25-30 games a season prior to signing.
Not enough games, sure, but not absolutely terrible. Your screenshot shows he'd played 145 games in the 5 seasons prior to signing for us.
Souttar? 65 games in the prior 5 seasons. They are not the same.
Souttar is 27, been at 6 clubs, 10+ season career... he's only managed 25 games twice!

I loved Souttar and want him back, but the price we're paying is simply outrageous.
