Now that voting is underway for the Player Of The Year Awards we should turn our attention to a slightly less serious competition.
Here are some of my categories/contenders for this season to kick us off!
Poster Of The Year: for me The Crab for making me laugh and cry in equal measures. No one posts with more humility and pathos.
Rapier Wit Award: has to be Sean Thornton. Few posters survive a Sean put down.
St John Ambulance Epic Fail Award: my nomination is Different Class who fails to find a pulse on more celebrities than most.
Talking Heads Stop Making Sense Award: must go to Greasy Chap Butty who is so often a voice of reason in a ever darkening world.
Most Welcome Guest Award: JohnnyRed(WCFC) who continues to be no threat to us whatsoever.
Tip Toe Through The Tulips Award: no one is more out there than Knowsnowt.
Absent Friends Award: goes to all the members who come and have a look but either don't or rarely post. We are an ageing forum - come and have some fun!
From Our Own Correspondent Award: has to be Cheeky Blade who has a bottomless jar of propaganda and the ability to contstantly sidestep the contradictions of his postings.

Finally, my thanks to our hosts for providing this forum, keeping us all sane and reigning us in when needed!
