Haha - Blackpool.

They'll look great in 3yrs in the conference. Least they got a new ground and Tony McMahon

Why do Blackpool have him? with their 8 man squad they already have 4 strikers .. well he might fill a space in our squad but he doesn't boast a great record up front, so I'm not sure.

Blackpool's team sheet for friendly against Penrith:
TEAM: Trialist, Waddington, Trialist, Perkins, McMahon (C), Dunne, Zenjov, Trialist, Trialist, Grant, Trialist.
SUBS: Barkhuizen, Trialist, Highan, Telford, Moulden, Gregory, Trialist.

I feel sorry for Barkhuizen, one of their 8 contracted players who only made the bench :)

They're a mess, Riga may still walk out this week if he doesn't get funds to bring players in, Oyston is seemingly having a fire sale of all available assets before, if rumours are to believed, walking away, they still have no training ground and players still wash their own kit despite the club (or whoever) pocketing over £100 million in the last 4 years.

Oyston played a trump card offering a fantastic value two year season ticket deal which tempted around 8,000 but many fans have since returned their season tickets for a refund.

and there's rumours that a certain Craig Beattie may be signing for them this week, can't get much better :)

Nathan Delfouneso?

Scored twice as one of 5 trialists for Blackpool yesterday!
Currently a free agent, only 23 years old!

Great name, lets have him. We will sound r8 good with Diego, Delfouneso and Murphy.

Speaking of Blackpool. What about Steve Davies? Previously played under Clough at Derby and was a fan favourite before he got injured. I imagine he'll do a pretty good job in League 1.

Scored a decent goal against us at home for Coventry.

Worth a try on a free transfer.

Davies is injury prone, but certainly has an eye for goal. Left under funny circumstances as he wanted to move South for family reasons, but ended up in Blackpool.

They are the sons of Frank and Jean Trialist from Bispham. Frank and Jean are immensely proud of their footballing septuplets. 18 year old striker Jason Trialist has already been invited to train with the England Under 19 squad.

Am I reading that right?

McMahon is Blackpool's captain?
It's worse than I thought! :p

Are seven of their team related to each other?

Only one steve davis, the snooker legend :)

Wouldn't mind Delfouneso, has the pace we lack and did alright for Coventry. I did read an article saying Clarke was no longer wanted at Wolves, he'd be ideal.

You normally read (I didn't say with approval) my stuff. I'm offended that you've missed post 16.

You are quite clearly a nonce.

:D
I do Pinchers, I do.
But mine was executed with more pith, piss and panache.

Read and weep court boy
