A lot calling for Hamer, Campbell and Cannon to go, to be fair not got a problem with that but Hamer and Cannon seem to be on the left behind Bamford, if we get rid of those 2 need 2 replacements with a One returning from loan to replace Campbell maybe another striker in either on loan or perm to top up the options

I think you work out who is very likely to go and then need to make a team from whats left and then address gaps. If you can upgrade then fine but you can’t just get rid with no replacement.

Probably two bankable ones are Hamer and Peck. We may compromise on fee for the first to remove wages and for the second we may get a decent fee.

Sadly I CANNOT see Wilder going.
They would NOT sell Zatterstrom and sign Wilder's journeymen over 30's as they have if Wilder was going any time soon.
They are as clueless as Wilder is with young players or spending money.

I'd trade a bit of technical ability in the summer for players who are capable of competing athletically for 90 minutes.

I know we have done Girona and other destinations for fitness training at the start of pre-season in the past however that hasn't worked the last few times. I don't know if by going to places like that without a competitive fixture we are doing more harm than good due to losing a couple of days flying and any new squad members either have to fly out mid session or miss it and won't know the group until they get back. Staying local might be our best bet

Potential to float ideas about but with the state of the squad and the league. I think we need Championship experience, there aren’t many that can be risked. Dyche is available, he is 4 years younger than Wilder and is also can work within restricted budget like he did at Burnley. It might not be the prettiest of football but we are Sheff United not Flamengo FC and personally think he knows the division, and how to get out of it, very much a what you see is what you get type guy and could easily have a 5-10 year tenure if given the time.

Brewster, for me, is forgiveable. I think it was £18/19m in total we paid.

He came with an impressive pedigree from Liverpool and was exactly the right age profile. Unfortunately injuries did for him. It was an ambitious signing and the fans were delighted at the time.

Cannon is a different matter though.

Wilder wants full contact practice but many of our injuries happen on the training ground.Put more effort into fitness they are finished at 60 minutes
