This performance has simply been unacceptable.

It wanted mass changes at half time.

It got none.

It wanted a massive rethink on about 60 minutes. It got Rothwell on for Riedewald who was doing well.

The lack of urgency from the bench and to see what was coming today has been astounding.

Gus getting booked at the end. What an absolute moron.

Abysmal. I wouldn’t pay any of them. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Every single time this season we've had a chance to get within touching distance of playoffs they've bottled it, need 5 or 6 new starters for next season these clearly don't have the mentality for it

Curious to see whom Wilder tries to scapegoat for that one.

The performance was just awful, from start to finish. The only times we looked truly threatening were when we got Brooks on the ball, with some space to run at the defence. We did not manufacture enough of those moments.

Far too much of the game spent fancying around with the ball. Knocking it around at the back because we weren't willing to be brave and try and craft an opening.

We have a disturbing over-reliance on Hamer; he's frequently given the ball, essentially with a message of "Go on. Do something". But he's not a consistent enough player to be expected to do that. One pass in the first half that stood out to me, where he tried to play Burrows in behind, but totally overhit it out for a goal kick, was a perfect example.

That second half, once we were in front, was disturbingly familiar to many of our games last season. We were basically telling WBA to "take your best shot", and when they did, we had no idea what to do. We didn't even get our goal through superb forward play - just shoddy defending by their CB.

I thought the season was done before today, but this rubber-stamped it. No desire to win, no creativity, no interest in trying to open up a defensive side. Just cruise through the game, and try (and fail) to sneak a win.

I was part of the "Wilder out" camp at the end of last season, and to be perfectly honest, he's done very little since returning to change my mind. Is this what we can look forward to next season? One shot on target all game, vs a team that lost its last 11 games? Spiffing.

Very disjointed, with no real pattern of play. Missed Seriki and Brooks linking up together down our right, and Bamford going off hampered us . Can't say they didn't deserve anything because 2nd half I thought they were the better team. Pity Peck got in the way of Ohares shot, because ar 2 - 0 that would have been game over. Shout out to Davies, had a decent game and no chance with the goal.
