Was there about 10 days ago. As you’ll know not a great choice of places due to their religion so good luck! Even on a street food tour we didn’t get one drink that night !!

Loads of places around Bukit Bintang....head for Changkat and there are a dozen bars down the street with Little Havana at the top.
i suggest you try Rock Bottom, Rockafellers. there are 3 Blades over at the moment although they will be in Thailand for the weekend which is a shame. Great area though and you will enjoy it!

Loved KL when I went it’s a cracking city but it’s about 15 years ago now .. there’s a few / were some ex pat bars so probably best popping in for a pint & asking beforehand . When I went it was the Euros & had to get a taxi to the outskirts as the games with the time difference were 2-3am in the morning , obvs you’ll be fine with 3pm KO here . I’m trying find that bar name & will post if I find it , enjoy Malaysia

But just messaged a friend of mine whose been out more recently, he said there’s loads of sports bars in Changkat ( Bukit Bintang ) , generally showing PL games but worth a drop in see if they can put ours on one of the TVs .

Are you off to Penang or Langkawi on hols ?

Moving back to Perth, with a stop-over in KL for a few days

I lived in KL for three months for work, and been there 10-15 times in total, so I know many of the good sports bars. What I don’t know is which anre open to, “here’s 100MYR, stick this game on, even if it’s a dodgy stream”, as I’ve never actually asked that before. So I’m looking to save some time if others knew which bars do it, so I don’t waste time ringing round
