97In my opinion its an absolute disgrace that stand is still standing 36 years after 96 people perished inside it .
Should have been flattened in 1989 .
My personal favourite was ' He's in your head, in your head, Wilder, Wilder, Wild,er,er,er' to the tune of Zombie by the Cranberries.
Happened outside ground whilst waiting to be crammed on buses. We need the video
And whilst queing to get in,whilst Pig fans were throwing half empty bottles of beer( but probably piss) at Blades, waiting to be searched in the turnstile que's.Coppers no where near us,they were all on Leppings Lane, watching it happen from behind the wall.Happened outside ground whilst waiting to be crammed on buses.
How did the 'Pole' get a ticket? Must have been in the ballot I guess, there were at least two of the big Poles though as I was behind one on the other sideAh, explains why I didn't hear it, was behind the pole to the right of the goal.
to be fair they get the same treatment when they walk on bramall lane but no excuse for s/yorks police allowing 2/3k of em to congregate on swillsbro corner obviously out to cause trouble they should be moved on imagine if we had 3k fans at the st mary's roundabout waiting for them coming down from west st in the return ?And whilst queing to get in,whilst Pig fans were throwing half empty bottles of beer( but probably piss) at Blades, waiting to be searched in the turnstile que's.Coppers no where near us,they were all on Leppings Lane, watching it happen from behind the wall.
