The biggest concern is the managers blind spotA continuous concern with no signs of upturn in ability or form.
He seems more intent on keeping his 'passes complete' stats looking healthy with simple short sideways and backwards passes.
Slows up play, turns in circles and very easily knocked off the ball.
Looks and plays like he's still plying his trade in the academy where what he does was effective.
Still scratching my head mate.Knocking it backwards is why we lost! Beautiful assist it was, too.
Nail on head. We signed about a dozen players in the summer and only Tanganga is any good.I like Peck but I agree he needs some time out now.
However, directing the amount of criticism towards him after every game is ridiculous when he has the sheer incompetence in front of him like Ogbene, Brookes, and Campbell, and the total ineptness behind him in the form of McGuinness, Mee and Tanganga. All deserve far more scrutiny for their 'performances' of late.
The recruitment team should be put up against a wall and shot.

And he's been like shit on a stick for the last two matches, too.Nail on head. We signed about a dozen players in the summer and only Tanganga is any good.
Thoughts on today? Assume the defence weren't on his wavelength? An excellent footballer who we are very lucky to have.
Great balance and ability on the ball, good passer and great vision but lacks goals and can be guilty of being a bit overly-ambitious with his flicks from time to time. He's young though and will improve on this hugely.
Second only in terms of ability and work rate to O'Hare at the moment imo.
His biggest problem is that most of the current team are so far behind him ability wise it's untrue. Criticising him when we have arse gravy like Cannon, Barry, Ogbene and the worst defensive three in living memory sums up just how mad as a fan base this club has made us all in the last few months.
Take him out of the team and they'll be a clamour for him to be re-instated within two weeks imo. Who the hell replaces him for what he does on the ball? Soumare may make a player but he's nothing more than a battler at the moment.

I disagree with the amount of criticism he's facing, but disagree with the targetI like Peck but I agree he needs some time out now.

In what world did Wilder think it was a good idea for Peck to be marking Morris on corners? Brooks had Diaz as well. The biggest concern is the managers blind spot
We seem to have gone very strange on marking. It's like zonal, but worse. We've got total mismatches. In what world did Wilder think it was a good idea for Peck to be marking Morris on corners? Brooks had Diaz as well.
He seems absolutely obsessed with playing a CH at right back. Started with Trusty and has just continued with it.
Loves a player who can player who can play several positions. So we get Matos who fell on the ball 3 times with his hands
Fuck knows why he told Brooks to come so far inside in the first half. There was only McCallum down that side and a massive gap to the players nearest him. Seems obsessed at only being able to attack down one side and even then it's mostly through the middle. Well I say attack![]()
True but he is being played out of position because of the shit recruitment. And he's been like shit on a stick for the last two matches, too.

He really needs to be dropped. His biggest weakness is that he doesn't get his head up soon enough, the likes of Coutts and Norwood have the awareness to know what passes are on before recieving the ball. Peck has absolutely zero idea what's around him until he receives it. Multiple times a game get on the ball and spin around a full 360, often more to work out what to do with it. I can't remember seeing a midfielder do that so visibly.
I admire his confidence and his work rate, but having a player who lacks awareness and has absolutely zero attacking output is just a massive hindrance.
We desperately need Davies and arblaster to get fit. Would charge this team massively
It was worse, at least Watson had some work to do and finished it incredibly, Morris was straight in on goalI like Peck in general, but the backwards pass for their second today was as bad as Moore’s in the play-off final
