Oh, my word! I didn't know about this!

You mean, Chris Wilder got a bit merry and sang a silly song, once, in his own time away from work?

What on earth was he thinking? Do the authorities know about this?

Good grief - I think we'd better club together and buy him an iPad and a lovely Bic 4-colour pen, so he can sit around figuring out how to embarrass us on the pitch, like this tit, instead of being competent at his job, and only causing embarrassment away from work to the Mary Whitehouses in our fan base, who think having a beer and a sing song with your mates in a pub is a heinous act of treachery. For shame!

A bit merry hes known for been a piss head😂😂😂😂

We weren’t in trouble before he was sacked.
True, but like we are right now, we were in trouble when he was hired.

2023: bottom of the league with diminishing chances of survival, hired him and he eventually steadied the ship and pushed us on.

2016: sort of in trouble (not like 2023 though) as we needed a squad overhaul after an embarrassing season (which is how Sharp described it), Wilder came in, got us out of trouble and we flew up the leagues.

Whether it's Wilder or someone else, we need a manager who can get us out of the trouble that we're in right now.

I don't want Wilder back again whatsoever.....but.....if its a choice between him and Selles then I will accept it.
His mates will have you believe that’s the only choice. Wilder for a third time or Selles, when in fact there’s dozens of managers out there. The only reason he came back the second time was because Abdullah could t be arsed looking for someone and Wilder had been agitating for weeks about coming back.

What if Wilder can’t turn it around? He couldnt in 20/21, he couldn’t at Boro, he couldn’t at Watford, he couldn’t when he took over from Hecky.

Take his name off the CV and it’s the last manager you’d appoint, but because it’s cwissy and we’re a tinpot club we can only have bladey blades working at the club.

In this alternative world you paint imagine he did what he did with another club not us and has no connections with us. He would be the clear and obvious stand out candidate. In fact most would think we might not be able to get him.

Shawy24 this would be brilliant on a scale of 1-10 - how do you rate the info?

Bit like last time. Anything could and apparently did happen between me being told, so it came to pass weeks down the line. I trust him. He should know and he was correct last time eventually. Lots of things can go wrong like board members kicking off or Wilder not agreeing terms, points of principle etc., but that is the intent.

He wants sacking just for picking Cannon again. Hendrie hit the nail on the head. No goal threat.

You have to wonder about the professionalism and pride of the players though. They must really want him out.
If Selles wants sacking for picking Cannon ,
someone ,
probably Wilder ,
shouldn't be under consideration ,
since he signed the non-firing waste of space

I really dont understand why you'd find it so hard to stomach Wilder coming back. Was it the 92 points you didn't enjoy last season because it wasn't exciting enough?

I dont care whether he has an ego or has banked millions in pay offs because we've messed it up with him twice, or any other reason fans come up with. He's the best manager we've had since Harry Bassett and he is ideally suited to come back, especially in the crisis we're in now.

If it was Warnock being touted I could understand because he has proven over an over again it's just about him and he's not a blade in my book but it's Wilder who got us within a hairs breath of going up. Just madness to to find it so hard to accept him back.

Think this will help all round. Fans will be more optimistic with a change. Think it would give the players a lift as don't think they buy into selles plans. Also im certain wilder wouldn't put up with the performances. Kinda warnock still you have to die for the badge.

When the San Francisco P45ers clear out Martin, there's only hushed mumblings for Chris Wilder.
Two football clubs owned by Americans who rid themselves of Managers who know the identity of their clubs
but are cleared out and replaced by two Managers that are risky appointments. Both these Managers, haven't
won a League match between them...

If Potter gets the push from West Ham, Nuno replaces him, the Potter could be ready for Ibrox? Though
his recent record at the London Stadium isn't anything to warrant such a club the size of Rangers.
