I think this will be the case for a lot of the Premier League lones. The ones who are closest to premier league standard will surely be the ones who go out on loan latest. Exactly, all owners (especially one's new to football) have advisors who are meant to help them.

The only way they will attract anyone is by paying over the odds for second or third targets if their primary targets have decided against their offer.

They have no personal brand or visible personality. They are relying solely on the Sheffield United name and history. Without the evidence of a premier league style infrastructure in place people may well view this as a club retracting and not advancing.
