c.£4m. Philips went to WBA for £3m, with PL / Bundesliga and some Champ experience. You’re paying more for marginally more Champ experience and taking him off a top half team.

If it’s £8m, I’d be spending that sum (topping it up if needs be) on the Hull lad. Hull gave it the big talk about Alzate but then sold him for a smaller sum.

My worry with the Zätterström move appearing to be looming that our defence (assuming JLT goes) is going to be very young and will be begging for some experience to guide them when the times get tough.

I dont necessarily mean that we need someone older in the starting 11, just in and around the squad. Ben Mee for example, if happy not to be a starter (granted a big if) would be great to help them in training, on matchdays and to slot in when needed

We paid £500k and if you think we’re replacing him with a 24 year old starter for that kind of money, I think you’re expectation need re-calibrating.

If Iroegbunam is a loan and the other 2 are permanents, we'd still have 1 loan spot left which we could use on a striker.

At the moment, we've got Cannon as guaranteed backup, plus Oné, and while it's not his strongest position, Barry can play as a striker as well as so we would have options there.

We have been linked with a few ST's so we must be targeting at least 1, Mcburnie, Issac Romero, that Malone from the Austrian Bundesliga.
