I think thats more to do with the fact that they're fucking hideous and theyve been in stock since we had said players, although Walker did say to my friend he would come and play for us again in his last season before retirement.

More to do with the fact that both designs sort of include an England flag and the hope is to sell for the summer, even though the odds on Walker going are getting slimmer by the week!

I don't know how true it is, but I heard similar sentiments were made by jags.
As for the above players ever returning, we would have to be a consistent top 10 prem side to even stand a chance of getting them while at their best, or at least anywhere close to it.

your right, and that's all they will be. Judging by Jags 125 birthday video he did for the club, it seemed like he was just doing it to show face, rather than actually wanting to do it. But at least it lasted a minute.

Does anyone actually buy shit like this? I mean, someone at the club must have given the final nod for the shop to stock this kind of crap. Then to call them 'jags' and 'walker' FFS. It's about time we actually started to sell decent quality stuff, I cringe at times when I walk round the club shop.

Shame the infinite number of monkeys are too busy replicating the works of Shakespeare on their typewriters or one of them would be able to design something for the club shop to sell which wasn't so embarrasing as the tat they keep stocking up with. As Yosser Hughes might say "I could do that, give us a job, go on give us it".

If you ran it up tthe flag pole you may realise that to max the envelope we need to consider new revenue streams. Get on board with that and bring your a game with you.
