I don’t see the mods taking posts down. There might be the occasional thing that could cause legal issues, but other than that you can post whatever you like. And people can give their opinion on it as they see fit. So I’m not really sure what you’re on about.

I think it’s hilarious.

Several of our owners are world leaders in their respective fields. That mean dedicating your life to doing something you are outstanding at. They’ve shown sheer grit and determination to get where they are today and along the way have made millions and millions of dollars between them.

Yet half of our fan base think that:
A - after one disappointment they’re just going to give up. Do you think they got to where they are now by giving up at the first hurdle

Or
B - take time out from their day to answer childish cries for attention from a bunch of bed wetters that demand a statement about every little article that comes out from some mediocre journalist.

They’ve spoken. They’ve said they’ve got a vision, they’re here for the long haul and they want to establish in the premier league. So do you not think world leaders in medicine and Ai haven’t done any research at all as to what that entails?

Get a fucking grip seriously.

Wait and see what the squad looks like after deadline day.

Give the regime time to implement their vision and get behind selles and the team.

Not even August, and People Are Having a go at the new owner and Selles. We are waiting for a player to get his work permit. No one's fault, it's a slow process.
The friendlies were to get players match fit. Louie Barry already looks like a great Signing. Tyler Bindon looks good, and the young lads from Bulgaria look good as well.
I am sure that two or three players will also be signed. If we can keep Hamer and Anel, that will be good. Give the board and the new manager a chance.Great if we start the season well.I know if we have a poor start, questions will be asked, and time will tell waint it.

May as well wait for the window to close before passing judgment.

There is always a trickle down effect.

Until your Man U. Arsenal, Chelsea etc sort out their squads then your Everton, Palace and West Hams are still sorting out theirs and so on.

Some of our best signings like Gibbs-White and McAtee were late additions.

We have a lot of players in contract this summer, which is good planning. No need to overload. We can be selective up until the window closes.

They did commit and chuck money at us in January and we failed to get promoted, we are now feeling the effects of the gamble which didn't pay off (probably what got wilder sacked).

That tactic was premiered across the city and look what happened there. Its a rich mans game, this ownership business, I don't know how rich they are, but they would be foolish to let supporters guide them in spending their money, after all it is very easy to spend other peoples money. In reality I certainly don't know what their strategy is for this season, but there are still 5 weeks or so until the end of the transfer window.

I wish someone would mention that if we don't get promoted then we won't have parachute money next season and will be in a whole world of pain.

No-one has posted about this for at least 5 minutes.

Our parachute payments for this season are £40 million plus. No other club in Champ has that sort of income apart from the 3 relegated teams Leicester, Ipswich and Soton. Leicester are rumoured to have a 9-12 points deduction coming. Next season our parachute payments are nil (or virtually nil). If we dont get promoted
this season our income goes right down and our chances of promotion will be very slim. Looks like our owners are banking on recruiting "unknown" players and hoping they come good and either develop into stars who win us promotion or we sell at big profit to replace parachute payments to fund the club.

Why don't you take it up with whoever told you the new owners have lots of money because that's never been said by anyone credible?

Surely you knew what you were getting with this thread from the title, not worth getting so worked up. It’s close season - all sorts gets posted every summer, year on year. The silly bollocks is as bad as the censoriousness; there’s no high ground to be had.
