We always usually leave things late in the window, never been a club to be organised early, its been that way for years, no matter the owners.
Who's pushing this story the Leeds management?View attachment 214847
The Blades could do with adding some more firepower into their squad over the next couple of months. One player who would be ideal for the South Yorkshire outfit is Leeds United attacker Joe Gelhardt.
Gelhardt, 23, is facing an uncertain future at Elland Road after they won the second tier title. He is unlikely to get much game time with the Whites in the top flight so an exit would be a sensible move for him in this window.
He is a player who Selles knows well following their time at Hull City together in the last campaign. The forward linked up with the Tigers on loan in January to get some minutes and went on to score five goals in 20 games to help them survive.
.....and the other nomines for most predictable pre-season threads are "We should be winning all of our pre-season matches," and "Typical United, always a selling club."
Our Prem campaigns. What's an "off season" ?
One we seem to have every year according to some on hereWhat's an "off season" ?
I would think they'll address 2/3 centre halves and a right back first . With the existing squad at least we'd solidify the defensive issues. The primary thing is we don’t go into the first game of the season with lots of business left to do.
New Manager, new Owners, new tactical system. Let’s get the majority of the business done early.
It would be refreshing to actually see a starting eleven close to resembling our best team on day one, without having to wait until mid-October to see new signings as they're not fit from not having a pre-season with their previous team or with us.The primary thing is we don’t go into the first game of the season with lots of business left to do.

Every fucking year. It’s the first of July.
Or waiting on a striker who's signing in 72 hoursIt would be refreshing to actually see a starting eleven close to resembling our best team on day one, without having to wait until mid-October to see new signings as they're not fit from not having a pre-season with their previous team or with us.
I was just thinking, I know a lot more about what’s happening currently at S6 than at Bramall Lane, maybe I’m a closet porker?Wendy are being slowly ruined. This off season is great entertainment-what more do you want?
