So they drew with Stevenage, beat 10 man oldham away, scraped past 10 man wallsall at home, drew 3-3 with the millers at home, beat colchester away and drew with MK Plumbs and Leyton. I fancy us to nick this one, Going to stick my neck out and say 2-0 :D

With Super Kevin Davies, Joe Garner, Craig Davies and Ian Hume we have way too much up front for you to cope with.

The rest of our team are top notch but these guys are brillliant. The squad we have is good enough to win the Championship next year and do well in the Prem the year after so don't be too disappointed about the result (a defeat for your) tonight.

Foxy and I will be there... Dunno what time it'll be as I can't leave work early but doubt there will be much time for drinkies pre-match.

It's definitely a 7.45pm kick off, I doubt they'll delay it so you can have a shandy Bass (in a lady's glass).

I'll be there too, feel quite nervous about this one......

Your Siamese twin on the PNE Mad site goes a bit further and has you in Europe after a period of consolidation in the Prem :-)

Hmmm...only Garner is anything to be concerned about, the rest have managed 7 goals between them in 55 appearances this season.

"Super" Kevin Davies - 25(+6 subs) league appearances, 3 goals this season
Craig Davies - 7(+1) appearances, 2 goals
Iain Hume - 8(+8) appearances, 2 goals (note the spelling of "Iain". I don't support PNE but I can get that right).

Let's add Stuart Beavon for balance: 12(+6) appearances, 2 goals.

Haven't you got anything better to do than come on here and spout shite?

I never spout shite. I have an instinctive understanding of football and i'm nearly always spot on with everything i post.

By 10:00 tonight you will all agree with this.

I do enjoy reading cocky posts by over confident football fans, when the reality is there are so many variables involved in a game, it's very difficult to predict with any degree of accuracy what the outcome might be. Are you a grunter in disguise?

a Wendy fan at work had put a £5 bet on that we will win tonight because every time he bets on a Blade win, we lose!

Looks like sometimes been on the tizer a bit early :p
On my way down, sat in a chippy in Garstang looking forward to the match

What a complete prick this person is ,even if you beat us we still wont be agreeing with you about the championship etc etc ,you disillusioned piece of work put very politely:confused:

I reckon NC will play Porter and/or Paynter. There's a job to do here in defending their set pieces and I think they will be more of a powerplay side. It might be a good night to rest Scougall and Baxter for the first 70 minutes.

Preston are still hoping to get automatic promotion but the weekend results will have discouraged them. maybe both sides will be happy with a draw.

In truth we need yet another win after Peterborough's win. Does NC think we can get in the play-offs? If so he might even go with the usual eleven and really attack them but I think we need some height and weight and experience tonight.

Another question, when will Maguire choose to get his booking. Even that depends on what is the priority - league or cup. Going for both then maybe things evolve naturally, but it is Wembley we are talking about, Wembley x 2, x 3 in fact!

If NC is a pragmatist he will treat the cup as a priority and therefore he will play squad players tonight.

Big Aubery, if your photo is anything to go by you've got a fucking enormous bugle mate! My god, I bet you mum had to squeeze just to make sure you could breathe properly, maybe that initial moment of birth tapped your mind fella, can't think of any other reason why you talk like a simpleton, can you?

At 10.05 tonight you'll still remain a penile extension spouting goo

Gentlemen... The way things work around here is that the personal abuse rule remains in place until open season is called by either Foxy or myself.

I am watching this thread with interest, but until then, please restrain yourselves.

Much obliged.

Uh oh... Gone back to green shorts. A sign of things to come perhaps?... Sorry I can't help myself.

Just read Linz warning and had to pull it.
