So save the pigs forumhas announced Wilders been sacked!

If true they’ll be meltdown if that’s how we found out.

Then jubilation when DoF announces Rosiner as new manager.

Sunderland will have an all time low points and Leeds will be relegated and not close to staying up whereas Burnley have a chance as the bottom six teams in the premier league if they were playing in the championship would have shipped far more than 15 goals.
Leeds conceded less chances than Burnley across the season, a less shite keeper and they would have put up similar numbers. As it is, they broke the Championship previous goals conceded record anyway, until Burnley bettered it. And see how they do once Trafford is gone.

Perhaps a plan is in place along with the people effected .perhaps it's been outlined to CW and other staff if a management restructure is to be implemented.
Not unemployment law expert but think you have to give 7 days or so notice of so maybe just going by the book.
Not saying they are replacing wilder but a change of role etc may still require some notification period .
Errmm in the context of the sums involved in letting CW go, I really don’t think employment law comes into it. We’re not talking about shifting a standard employee on, it’s a negotiated £2-3m exit

So, passes completed, for instance - Tip tap across the back line job done, its largely bollocks
Well for passing, they segment by types of pass. Short, medium or long; progressive, sideways or backwards; through-ball, switch, pass into penalty area, etc.

After slow Simon’s revelation, I’m actually convinced he’s staying on.

I think there's every chance he goes imminently tbh. I don't think the owners will be overly happy with the way last season ended up going. I imagine Chris isn't overly happy about how transfers will go either with the data driven approach, and the owners will be less inclined to let him have his own way after the binfire of January. And let's be honest, new owners aren't famed for their patience.

The contract extension was a massive mistake considering the compensation that will be due, but given how much we had to pay in fines last season due in part to Wilder not having control and pouring petrol on the fire of PASHUN, I think they'll view severance pay as money well spent.

I'm mixed on it. If he stays, I'll not mind, but worry we'll be somewhat stale. If he goes, and depending on his replacement, I'll be happy to see a new direction for the club.

I demand Ancelotti’s offspring. I want us to be the team of the virgin Football manager/data nerds, continuously referring to us as an “intriguing project”.
You can have a like but stop nicking my manager suggestions 😎

Said it before but if true I see announcements going as…
1. Mutual consent thanks (deservedly) to CW here’s a Waitrose bag so you can use front door
2. DoF announced
3. New manager mon/tues
4. Club/owner statement with a clear plan
🙏

Continental model. New Gritty Wilder would be no match for Helmy and his robotos

Imagine if the pigs manager Rohl was announced, dont expect it to happen but just, for a minute with the shambles in S6 imagine the absolute mayhem it would cause 😝😝

I actually think he'd have gone even if we'd have been promoted. The new owners seem like they want someone who is on board and embraces their strategy, which is exciting and terrifying in equal measure. What I can't work out is why give Wilder a new deal? Unless relations have soured since then.

It's a huge gamble and they risk losing the trust of the fanbase if it goes tits up, but if they get it right then they're gonna look like geniuses.
