So 5 different managers in 5 different finals have all adopted the Sheffield United losing mentality.

For a manager that seems to cavort "culture" he has bred a losing one see Easter onwards, yesterday we all knew as soon as Sunderland equalised they would win our players looked utterly deflated.

If Wilder is to stay there needs to be fundamental changes to his style of management and he needs to keep away from getting pissed in the Banner.

I’m not sure tactical naivety has much to do with what he does off the pitch.

Attain Cat1 academy status (see Birmingham achieved this this week).

Replace Wilder and his back room staff (won’t happen) immediately. Thank you all for your service you’ve been great but we need proper change.

Shackleton
Brewster
Cannon (even if we make a loss)

Wouldn’t want to but I fully expect Hamer and Souza go too.

Build a team around our youth core.

Recruit smartly for an attacker - Cannon was one of the worst signings in our history and smacked of Wilder reading the newspaper and seeing Cannon scored again but didn’t read it was another penalty.

There’s a lot more needed but I would say this needs to be started/activated in the next 4 weeks.
