Thats odd as the official site announced it was sold out 3 days ago? They said if more became on sale theyd announce it on there. Think there is corporate ones left (same for us) but think quite a few Sunderland fans be interested to know

Maybe the official site is wrong and they're fooling their own fans! Be an odd move if they have some they can sell!
Safc Forum reports that 500 singles mostly upper tier were still there ,odd ones popping up all the time a bit like our site

Ticketmaster made an epic f uck up selling tickets to anybody with a purchase history. Ever since they've been cancelling orders and placing them for resale to season ticket holders

Reading this makes me think we've done alright with our process for selling tickets.

I get the frustration with people buying tickets in areas different to ones they initially wanted, because they thought their preference was sold out, and since then extra tickets have been on sale. However I think the club have managed it alright. Box Office were very good with shifting my seat yesterday morning.

This may be just the blind optimism talking mind and if we lose next Saturday it's an absolute shambles and they can fuck off because I wasted time stressing about getting a ticket 😂

If we’ve sold 35,000 and Sunderland have sold 35,000 and there are close to 14,000 reserved for the FA and its mates, then we are close to a sell out, aren’t we? 🤔🤷‍♂️
Interesting, I'd have thought the cup final yesterday would be a sell out but the crowd a little over 84,000.

this has to be the last (part of a) block now? last chance Blades...

That’s incorrect.

We were allocated just over 35.5K.

So where are the other 4,000 seats?
Section 525 holds 1,118 seats
Section 526 is smaller as the TV gantry is there and it hold 832 seats.
Then there about 50 seats left in the other sections.

So that’s about 2K tickets left

Means we’ve sold 33.5K to date.
I said as of yesterday & that info was from a friend who works in ticket office.

I’ve never understood this obsession with ‘taking over’ public places.

Maybe I’m showing my age, or maybe I’m just a boring sod, but it’s like “how old are you, 12?”

Oooo look at us, we’re in that big London, and we want everyone to know how pissed people from the provinces can get.

A few beverages in the pubs of Wembley with fellow Blades is quite enough for me.

We can have that entire block if we want

Agree but I reckon Wembley has only given us a small section of 525 because they can put a segregation net on the rest of the 525 seats.

This would then allow Wembley to give Sunderland an extra 832 tickets that make up section 526.

With respect to previously sold out blocks having seats reappear - I hope they haven’t fucked up with seat allocation, and we have people turning up for the same bloody seats having been sold twice!!

It could be the club, Wembley or whoever noticing the specific seats being listed as available on eBay/Facebook/resale site of choice and cancelling them accordingly, freeing them up to be resold

Yes, and our fans should stop that from happening by buying
There is a particular seat in block 105 that must have been sold 200 times, and other sections as well

How would they segregate the concourse? I don't see how this would be feasible.

Maybe, but I seem to remember that the concourse we used in 23 gave access to multiple entrances to the stands and I thought there was a wall between our bit and theirs. I may have misremembered this, wouldn't be the first time! I guess we'll see how it turns out soon enough.

It’s all well and good speculating how many we’ve sold, but surely the ticket office need to officially update us on how many are remaining and what the plans are in terms of blocks. I can imagine some people waiting for Monday/tuesday to see what’s available still loads of time left UTB

I'm sure they couldn't care less on their day off
