Will we sell out?

Maybe the Cup Final has whet people’s appetite as a quick count and I can see just 121 left, mainly in 524.

Pretty sure we’ll sell those out. Just not sure if that is it or if that then releases other sections.
I need to stop looking at this seating plan - it was showing up as sold out just over an hour ago !!

So have they put the last two blocks on sale for SUFC yet or are they holding them back?

Just trying to figure out the chances of SAFC getting any additional allocation.

19k corporate tickets is vile tbh, as are the prices being asked for them, particularly in the Sunderland side of the ground.

3 times? Thought it was twice, Rumbelows cup & other team from Barnsley.

Yes, 3 times in recent history.

Semi Final v United in 1993, Man Utd in the washing machine cup final, then they beat Barnsley in the league 1 play off final in 2023. To add, they have also win another league 1 PO final v Hartlepool but just believe that was at Cardiff. So all told 3 wins at Wembley for them, and a final win in Cardiff. Us....non.

And yet to hear them bleat on sometimes about the general unfairness of it all, you would think they had never had any day in the sun. They haven't had it as bad as they try to make out with the "it could only happen to Wednesday' shite they trot out.

United's consistent level of support in the circumstances, really is remarkable i think.

Here are the figures are as at Sunday 8.20am

Tickets left
57 in block 524
5 in the other blocks that are still open….altho this figure keeps changing…..sometimes going up not down….assume people are swapping seats.
1,118 capacity in block 525 that’s not yet opened
832 capacity in block 526 where the TV gantry is, that’s not yet opened

So counting up the remaining tickets = 2,012

Both clubs have been allocated 35,531 tickets.

So tickets sold is 33,519.

Note: Not sure about block 527. Half of that has been allocated to us but on the Sunderland plan they’ve been allocated the whole of 527 but it’s not been opened up yet. Makes me wonder if block 527 is being used for segregation, however google says block 527 is part of the “Oasis section” offering premium seats with access to bars and restaurants. So doubt 527 will be made available on the main site. So regards our allocation the figure does look like 2,012 tickets left.

Who says blocks 525 and 526 are allocated to Sheff Utd it could well be we have sold over 35,000 already and only have around 70 left. Why is it such a big deal if we sell out or how fast we sell out? Pork Talk that way ➡️

Wembley say blocks 525 and 526 are allocated to Sheff Utd, the stadium was split in half, as there’s an equal 35,531 allocation
And they’ve stated tickets will be sold from north to south…..blocks have been opened gradually increasing in number….and the last block opened was 524.

Not that bothered if we do sell out…it will be near enough
at least we’re still taking decent numbers which is impressive for a battle weary fanbase with terrible Wembley memories
But on social media some people are very interested….and then you get rumours and lies about sales.
Sunderland fans are especially interested because they hope to acquire extra tickets but it’s not looking likely for them.
If we don’t sell many more by Tuesday, they might get some of block 526, but that only has 832 seats…and then some need to be blocked off for segregation.

Currently 11 together in block 122 if anyone interested.

And loads in block 123 (looks like that’s the block where the segregation will be - they’re all on one side).

Yeh can see they’ve just released a block of 108 seats in block 123 right on the half way line near the pitch.

Makes you wonder what Wembley are playing at?
Some of the best seats in the stadium and waiting until 33K have bought tickets before these are released.

Makes you wonder if they’ve narrowed the segregation area and given us extra seats, who knows.

Yeah - maybe needs police permission to reduce the amount of segregation, or something like that?
