They have now turned their attention to Sunderland. A few of them have been bigging Sunderlands support up a bit to much. 😆

Some might be holding them in their basket and decide not to buy.

However it looks like we’re definitely down to single figures tickets left.
We’re down to the last 2K tickets, wonder why they’ve not opened section 525 yet?

The amount of tickets left will keep changing, once someone adds a seat to their basket it stays locked for an hour unless they remove it - so if people are checking different seats or have multiple people looking and then not removing the seats but also not buying them they'll stay locked then unlock later. So it's pointless trying to figure out how many single/small groups of seats are available.

I like how they try to take the pee about us winning nowt for a hundred years including our 5 play-off fails at Wembley, then in the next breath try to have a go at our support.

To me it emphasises what great support we have despite everything.

They on the other hand in that hundred years have won two titles and the tinpot cup, not to mention a couple? of play off final wins.

Yet somehow we have bigger gates than them and have done most of this century.

I think the reason they’re so obsessed about our attendances is because they can’t understand how we consistently better theirs despite everything.

Exactly how I have always seen it.

Bearing in mind what they have won compared to us (they've won at Wembley three times in my lifetime and us non) and won a cup, they keep banging on about our shite support which is consistently higher than their's despite our unprecedented failings and kicks in the bollox. It tells me, United are far better supported than them. Roles reversed, they wouldn't be pulling in what we do. No way. We are the real Sheffield club and it bothers them no end.
 
Ultimate questions to ask

Do Man Utd ever getting lower crowds than Man City despite having a bigger stadium?
Do Liverpool ever get lover crowds than Everton despite having a bigger stadium?
Do Forest ever getting lower crowds than Notts County despite having a bigger stadium?
Do Bristol City ever get lower crowds than Bristol Rovers despite having a bigger stadium?
Do Sheffield Wednesday ever get lower crowds than Sheffield United despite having a bigger stadium?

If the answer to any of the above is Yes, then you cant claim to be a bigger team than your nearest and dearest!

Used to be lg 2 Saturday lg 1 Sunday and the big one the championship on the bank holiday
Why did they change this and who makes these decisions ?

Maybe the Cup Final has whet people’s appetite as a quick count and I can see just 121 left, mainly in 524.

Pretty sure we’ll sell those out. Just not sure if that is it or if that then releases other sections.

Larger crowd for the Championship so it makes sense to do it on the day with less travel disruptions.

TV .. bigger overseas viewing figures on the Saturday.. also why they wanted it at 5;30pm

Purely a guess, but I’d say the deterioration of the pitch after the FA Cup final and then 2 playoffs in two days didn’t give the “richest game on earth” the greatest backdrop.
But no, I don’t know 😂, sorry.

Fa trophy and fa vsse last weekend and women's fa cup tomorrow too. 7 games in 3 weeks is a fair amount!
